The Oakland Arena (formerly known as Oracle Arena) currently sits vacant at the Coliseum Site. For almost 50 years it was the home of the Golden State Warriors. It has hosted 4 memorable Warriors NBA Championship teams throughout its storied history, and was the home site of the euphoric Warriors NBA Dynasty during the second half of the last decade.

 

With the legendary WNBA Champion and entrepreneur, Alana Beard, leading the process, we aim to reinvigorate the Arena by bringing an African American woman led WNBA franchise to Oakland, to help continue our rich and storied legacy of professional basketball.
